It was a boat made from wooden planks joined by pins and dowels was the first watercraft excavated within the Southeast Asia. The Cagayan River and the Babuyan Channel have been a part of the Ibanags lives as a place where they fish and trade. In the Visayas, “balangays” are used to get cargos and was called Bidok, Biroko, Biray or Lapid. Early Discoveries
